Scheduling around your closing
Move cleans run roughly four to ten hours depending on square footage and condition. Timing is the part that trips people up: the home must be fully empty when we arrive, which in practice means booking us for the day after the movers finish rather than the same afternoon.
If your closing or lease handover is on a fixed date, tell us that date when you book and we will schedule backwards from it with a buffer. Move weeks slip constantly, and we would much rather hold a flexible slot than have you miss an inspection because the truck ran late.

We would rather set the expectation up front than have you discover it afterwards. Several of these can be added on request. Just ask.
- Trash, furniture or debris removal (the home must be empty when we arrive)

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning questions
Does the home need to be completely empty?
Yes, and this matters more than anything else. The value of a move clean comes from cleaning inside and behind everything, which is impossible with boxes and furniture still in place. If a few items remain we will clean around them, but we cannot guarantee an inspection-ready result in a home that is not cleared out.
Will this pass a landlord or buyer inspection?
We clean to handover standard, which is what inspections are looking for. What we cannot control is damage. Carpet stains, wall holes, broken fixtures or worn finishes are repair items, not cleaning items. If we spot something during the walkthrough that cleaning will not fix, we will tell you that day rather than letting you find out at inspection.
Can you clean before I move in instead?
Yes, and it is worth doing. A pre-move-in clean sanitizes bathrooms, kitchen interiors and every surface the previous residents touched, before your things are in the way. Booking the day before the truck arrives is the ideal window.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable, and end-of-month dates fill fastest because most leases turn over then. If you are inside a week, still call. We hold flexible capacity specifically for move weeks, because move weeks never go to plan.
