Most people start in one of two places. If your home is broadly under control and you want to keep it that way, recurring cleaning is the answer, and biweekly is the cadence that suits the majority of households.
If it has been a while, start with a deep clean and then drop onto a recurring rhythm from a genuinely clean baseline. It costs more up front and saves money across the following year, because every visit after it is maintenance rather than catch-up.
Moving? Move-in / move-out cleaning is a different job entirely. It only works in an empty home, and it covers inside every cabinet, closet and appliance. Just finished a remodel? Post-construction cleaning deals with drywall dust, which does not behave like household dust and cannot be cleared in one pass.
