How much does house cleaning cost in Lincolnshire?
A standard clean for a typical home in our area runs $150–$275 per visit, and a one-time deep clean $300–$600. Bathroom count, condition and frequency move it more than square footage does. Call us and we will give you a firm price in about five minutes. Our pricing page explains what moves it.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. Most of our recurring clients are at work. Once we have been out a few times, the majority give us a lockbox code, a garage code or a key we hold on a numbered tag with no address attached. You are of course welcome to be home if you prefer.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes to both. Every cleaner who enters your home has passed a background check, and we carry liability insurance and bonding. We can provide a certificate of insurance to condo and townhome associations that require one before a vendor works on site.
