Recurring House Cleaning in Lincolnshire, IL
The same cleaner, on the same day, working the same checklist, so your home never gets far enough behind to need rescuing.
Our recurring cleaning checklist
Most homes settle into one of three rhythms. Here is how they actually differ in practice:
Weekly
Best for full households: kids, pets, people working from home, frequent guests. Nothing ever builds up, so each visit is shorter and the per-visit rate is the lowest we offer.
Biweekly
The most common choice by a wide margin. Two weeks is roughly how long a kitchen and bathroom stay genuinely clean in a busy home, so this cadence holds the line without over-servicing.
Monthly
Suited to smaller households, couples without pets, and homes that stay fairly tidy on their own. Visits take longer because more has accumulated, so the per-visit cost is higher than weekly or biweekly.

How long a recurring visit takes
A 3-bedroom, 2-bath Lincolnshire home on a biweekly schedule typically runs about two to three hours with a two-person team. The first visit is the exception. It almost always takes longer, because we are clearing accumulated build-up that recurring visits will then simply maintain.
For that reason we usually recommend starting with a one-time deep clean, then dropping onto your recurring rhythm from a genuinely clean baseline. It costs more up front and saves money over the following year, because every visit after it is a maintenance visit rather than a partial catch-up.
Not included in this service
We would rather set the expectation up front than have you discover it afterwards. Several of these can be added on request. Just ask.
- Interior windows above arm's reach, and all exterior windows
- Inside the refrigerator or oven (add-on, just ask)
- Laundry beyond the linens you leave out
- Dishes left in the sink (we will run the dishwasher if you ask)
- Heavy clutter organizing (we clean around it, or we can quote a decluttering visit)
- Anything requiring a ladder taller than a two-step
- Mold remediation, pest issues, or biohazard cleanup
Recurring Cleaning questions
Do I get the same cleaner every time?
That is the goal, and it is what we schedule for. The same lead cleaner is assigned to your home visit after visit. If they are out sick or on vacation we will tell you in advance, and whoever covers works from the detailed notes kept on your home so nothing is missed.
Do I need to be home?
Most recurring clients are not. Once we have been out a few times, the majority give us a lockbox code, a garage code, or a key we hold on a numbered tag with no address attached to it. You are welcome to be home if you prefer. It makes no difference to how we clean.
What if I need to skip a week?
Just tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we will move it or skip it with no charge. Skipping is very common around holidays and travel. If a skip stretches the gap out past about five weeks we may need a little extra time on the following visit, and we will flag that before we arrive rather than surprising you with it.
Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?
No to both. Recurring service continues until you tell us to stop, and stopping costs nothing. We would rather keep clients because the work is good than because a contract makes leaving expensive.
Ready to book recurring cleaning?
Tell us about your home and we will send a clear, itemised quote with no deposit, no contract and no pressure.
