What house cleaning costs here
Honest ranges below, and an honest reason we do not publish a fixed price: two homes of the same size routinely differ by hours. Five minutes on the phone gets you a real number.
Standard Clean
$150–$275 per visit
Our most-booked service. The full checklist top to bottom, on whatever rhythm suits your home.
- Kitchen and every bathroom cleaned in full
- All floors vacuumed and hand-mopped
- Dusting throughout, including sills and shelves
- Interior glass, mirrors and glass tabletops
- Cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors
- Stairs, railings and spindles
- Beds made, linens changed, trash emptied
Deep Clean
$300–$600 one-time
A full reset that reaches the build-up routine cleaning never gets to. The right first visit for most homes.
- Everything in a Standard Clean
- Inside the oven and refrigerator
- Grout scrubbed, hard-water deposits treated
- All baseboards hand-washed
- Light fixtures, ceiling fans and vent covers
- Door frames, doors and switch plates
- Under and behind movable furniture
Move-out, post-construction & specialty work
Quoted on a call
Empty-home, post-renovation and one-off jobs vary too much for a published number to be useful. These are always quoted directly, usually after a quick look at the space.
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Apartment and condo turnover
- Seasonal and second-home cleaning
- Pre- and post-event cleaning
- Add-ons to any visit
Ranges are for a typical home in our service area and include all supplies, with no travel surcharge anywhere we work. Where your home lands inside the range depends mostly on bathroom count and condition, which is what the call is for.
The fastest way to get your number
Tell us the bedrooms, the bathrooms and roughly how things stand, and we will give you a firm price on the call, usually inside five minutes. No visit required for most homes, no deposit, and nothing to sign.
How often you book changes what you pay
The more often we come, the less each visit costs, because less has accumulated for us to work through.
| Frequency | Relative cost per visit | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Lowest per visit | Nothing accumulates, so each visit is shorter and easier. |
| Biweekly | Most popular | Roughly how long a busy home stays genuinely clean. Best balance of cost and result. |
| Monthly | Higher per visit | More has built up between visits, so each one takes longer. |
| One-time | Highest per visit | No maintenance history, so we are starting from whatever the home is now. |
Six things that matter more than square footage
Bathrooms
The single biggest driver. Bathrooms take longer per square foot than any other room, so a 3-bed/3-bath prices well above a 3-bed/1-bath of identical size.
Condition
How long since the last thorough clean matters more than square footage. A well-kept large home can take less time than a neglected small one.
Frequency
Weekly visits cost less each because less accumulates. One-time cleans cost the most per visit for the same reason in reverse.
Pets
Pet hair changes the vacuuming job entirely. Edges, upholstery seams and under furniture all need dedicated time.
Clutter
We clean around whatever is left out. Clear surfaces get cleaned properly; covered ones get cleaned around, which is slower and less effective.
Add-ons
Inside the oven or refrigerator, interior windows, laundry, or organising can each be added to any visit.
Why we quote on the phone instead of online
Square-footage calculators are fast and frequently wrong. A 2,400 square foot home with two bathrooms and no pets is a genuinely different job from a 2,400 square foot home with four bathrooms, a dog and original 1960s tile, and any tool that prices them the same is going to disappoint one of those customers on the day.
So we ask a few questions instead. It takes about five minutes, and you get a number we will stand behind rather than an estimate that moves once we are standing in your kitchen. For larger or older homes we would rather walk the property first, and we will say so on the call.
What we will not do is quote low to win the booking and then discover the job is bigger on arrival. If we think your home needs a deep clean before recurring service makes sense, we will tell you up front, even though it means quoting a higher number than the competitor who did not mention it.
